Setting Healthy Boundaries To Honor Your Highest Self

Do you feel drained emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually? Today's topic is something that I have been eager to talk about because it has been showing up consistently with the women I've been working with in our Ladies Aligned Mastermind, private clients and even women that I have been meeting at events this past week and that is that as women, we often find ourselves exhausted and we struggle to set healthy boundaries in relationships.

In this episode, I'm going to share with you 5 loving ways to set healthy boundaries so you can honor your Highest Self.

So much of this is related to you saying YES to everyone and everything else, but no to your own needs.  

Part of the reason you feel stuck in a plateau or you are constantly anxious or overwhelmed is because you are not clear what your boundaries are, which means that people in your life aren't clear of what your boundaries are which means that it makes it easier for you to continue to get yourself in circumstances that don't truly honor your needs.  

When you set boundaries, you are sending out energy to the universe that communicates what you are willing to put up with and what you are not. It's important to create fierce boundaries around what is important to you and then protecting them at all costs otherwise its going to cost you your health, your happpiness and your dignity.
